Chipotle Salsa con Aquacate (Chipotle Sauce with Avocado)
1 16 oz jar Salsa God - Smoky Garlic Chipotle
2-3 ripe avocados (peeled, cored, and diced)
Cilantro (coriander) (optional)
Use a clean cutting board, place ripe avocado and cut it lengthwise around the seed. Rotate the avocado with one hand while holding the knife horizontally in the other hand. Turn the avocado by a quarter and cut it in half lengthwise again. Rotate the avocado halves in your hands and separate the quarters. Cut avocado into cubes.
Pour the Smoky Garlic Chipotle salsa (or your favorite Salsa God salsa) into a mixing bowl. Add diced avocado and gently toss mixture to evenly coat.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!
